In November we received some early reports from some users about challenges accessing their online stored RangeTech data.
As we started to investigate these issue additional reports have come in. There are different patterns emerging but the problem doesn't seem to be universal across the database as some users are not experiencing any issues at all.
In the meantime, please be patient as we scramble to troubleshoot and resolve these problems which is taking us far longer than we would like.
